New Year, Better Me!
Happy New Year on behalf of myself and the rest of the Masterpiece Team!
This year it is all about intentionality in ALL that we do including our relationship with God.
We must be intentional in our quiet time, prayers, fellowship, church attendance and so much more.
As Pastor Mike Todd says;
‘It will be your BEST year yet, if it is your BEST year Spiritually’.
I don’t know about you, but I want 2022 to be my best year yet, therefore I am dedicated into putting in the work to deepen and strengthen my relationship with God. So, steps I have taken to be more spiritually disciplined this year is to actually complete Bible in a Year (for some reason I always start of strong and then fall of mid-way through the year. I don’t know if you can relate, but if you can comment down below). Another spiritual goal of mine is to pick up my Bible before I pick up my phone in the morning. Let me know in the comments what your spiritual goals are this year… Let’s share and hold one another accountable.

Isaiah 40:31
“but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Jeremiah 29:11
“ For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Micah 7:7
“But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.”
Lamentations 3: 22-24
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him”.
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
I hope 2022 is your best year yet as you put God first.
So here is to healthier spiritual habits in 2022. Let’s remember the source (God) before our resources (job, material possessions etc).
